Purchases are lovingly wrapped in a matte black and foil-stamped jewelry box with info cards about material and jewelry care. They are shipped in a recycled bubble mailer and sent via USPS First Class Mail with tracking and insurance. Each piece is made-to-order unless noted as ready to ship. Made-to-order pieces are sent within five business days of purchase and should arrive within three to five days of shipment. Please allow one to two weeks for your items to arrive. If you need something sooner, e-mail me at info@blucedesigns.com, and I can give you a more specific estimate or rush your order.

Jewelry Care
Guitar Strings are metal alloys and tarnish at different rates depending upon the metal ratios. If you want to avoid tarnish, store your piece in the plastic baggie provided when you aren't wearing it. The steel strings change very little over the years, but the phosphor bronze strings will antique within a few months. DO NOT use silver dip or other chemical liquids on guitar strings. I use this Blitz Metal Care polishing cloth on my pieces. Alternatively, you can scrub with a soft bristle toothbrush and any generic toothpaste you use at home. After brushing the strings vigorously, rinse and scrub again with warm water. Be sure to remove all toothpaste residue from crevasses and coils.
This jewelry is built to withstand daily wear for years. They can be worn during river trips, running, gardening, showering, sleeping, etc. Treating your jewelry like a small piece of art will ensure it lasts you a lifetime.

Sizing
Bracelets: Wrap your wrist with a flexible measuring tape or use a piece of string, then lay it out on a ruler or tape measurer to get your wrist size. Add 1/4” to 1/2” to your measurement. I recommend staying closer to 1/4” for my dainty bracelets to ensure you're less likely to snag it on something.

Necklaces: Use the image below as a general guide. Keep in mind that pendants hang below the chain length. You might want to wear the chain a little shorter if the pendant is long. If you have a special length request, please don't hesitate to get in touch via e-mail. Most of our pieces can be shorter or longer within a few inches of the original design.
